Lidalia Touring Caravan Park Terms & Conditions

- Lidalia is a Touring Caravan Park and intended for caravan and motorhome users only, all pitches are hard-standing with electric hook-up and other facilities. There is no charge for awnings or dogs.
- When you order online a £25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. All one night bookings must be paid in full. All deposits/one night bookings taken are non-refundable.
- We may transfer booking dates if you are unable to keep your booking due to things beyond your control. Depending on the circumstances, at our discretion, we are happy to allow you up to 6 months from the date of your original booking to re-use your deposit on a future booking with us. We are a family business and want to help you whenever we can and provide an excellent level of customer care.
- You can pay your non-refundable deposit online at time of booking via paypal, you will receive a receipt on screen and by e-mail and confirmation in your online account through the Lidalia website. For customers who do not want to pay online, please call us on 013873 75587 during office hours to make your deposit payment over the phone. All balances are paid direct to Lidalia on arrival.
- Unfortunately, if you choose to leave for any reason (including bad weather), after you have checked, in we cannot refund payments for the remaining nights of your stay. At our discretion, we may allow you to transfer these nights to another booking if exceptional circumstances.
- It is your responsibility to check the details on your booking confirmation are correct and notify us immediately of any discrepancies. We cannot accept responsibility for any errors not corrected prior to arrival.
- We are affiliated to the Caravan Club members only. You are reminded that your conduct onsite is also subject to their rules and membership policy.
